Online Coaching
Online coaching sessions via Skype.
During our Skype call, we will break down your current training practices, discuss technique, analyse footage and answer any questions you may have about your journey.
30 minute Skype session
In person 1-to-1 coaching
In person coaching session with Coach Jordan.
Personalised sessions for specific events as well as speed training for a wide range of sports.
Sessions are based in North London and last 90 minutes.
